Augmented Pixels continue to provide creative solutions for real estate sector based on augmented reality technology. This time we have released an application Propana Virtual Viewer that helps prospective buyers find their perfect property in Spain.
The application is created for Propana Estates, a real estate agency in Puerto Banus. It allows clients to scan ‘for sale’ signs with their smartphone to get more information about the property before they book a viewing.
Images, videos, property sizes, features and floor plans will appear just in hands of prospective buyers, which saves a lot of time both for clients and agents. This means that everyone can reserve viewing of houses or apartments in areas they prefer armed with the information about them.
Propana app also allows clients to search for property for sale through their smartphone in a specific area by selecting a search radius and property type. The client can then book a viewing for a specific property directly through the app.
Propana app is available for iPhone/iPad and Android devices and can be downloaded from the App Store as well as Google Play.
