Last week we participated in the CNR Emlak’15 (Real Estate Fair) in Turkey.
It is a big annual fair for Residential and Commercial Real Estate sector. Our company was invited by RE/MAX to showcase our interactive solutions with AR/VR at their booth during the event.
This year there were 93 exhibitors from Turkey and other countries and the total amount of visitors exceeded 19,000 people.
Our observations made at the fair would be the following:
- The audience was awed after trying virtual reality headsets with 360-degree photos and 3D visualisations on Samsung Gear VR and Oculus devices.
2. Real estate agents find it particularly valuable the ability to carry iPad or VR headset with all the imagery of the property they are selling and to be able to easily upload the content themselves.
3. There is a big luxury to be the pioneer in introducing AR/VR experience to the customers on a Turkish market.
4. International property developers believe that having a branded app with Augmented Reality could save them money on scale model creation, transportation and the size of a pavillion for presenting their projects.
Overall, we can say that Turkish real estate market is ready for interactive selling technologies for luxury property sector and very soon we will see interesting projects in the upcoming year.
