Augmented Pixels Rocks AWE 2014

Last week Augmented Pixels participated in the biggest event for augmented reality professionals – Augmented World Expo 2014.

This year was especially prominent for us for two reasons. First of all, Vitaliy Goncharuk, CEO of our company, spoke on the topic of “AR for retail: known limitations and successful use cases with $$$“. His speech was a part of “Augmented Retail for Retail and Sales” session of the event, that attracted many listeners. Vitaliy covered existing limitations of augmented reality projects for retail segment and then summarized the key to success while giving examples of our successful work.

Slides of the presentation are available below:

Another reason for our success at the event is that two of our projects became finalists of Auggie Awards – prestigious award granted to the best augmented reality tools, products and campaigns – WarBot (AR game for retail) and MaxiPara (AR game for promotional campaign). We want to thank everyone for the support and voting for our nominations!
