I am glad to announce that we have added our technology magic to Vuforia SDK and released the new version of ShowInroom with the best ever user experience for furniture and home appliance markets.
We achieved “sales quality ” for daily usage, not just one time “Wow” quality to present something on expos in specific conditions.
In the version 1.4 our engineers solved such common issues of furniture demonstration in Augmented Reality as:
- Jittering of 3D models when iphone/ipad/android devices are moved;
- Frequent disappearance or wrong display of 3D under different lighting conditions (daylight, artificial light, spotlights, etc.);
- Works on small distances from the marker .
Thanks to these significant improvements the new version of ShowInRoom has the desirable photographic quality and perfect user experience, therefore furniture and home appliance companies can use our solution as an effective additional distribution channel that increases direct distant sales and decreases return costs .
At the same time, ShowInRoom is still based on Vuforia SDK (Qualcomm), the best AR platform for development AR solutions for event marketing, games etc.
