Samsung and Qualcomm chose our solution for real estate to present Samsung Gear VR at different events. Last week they demonstrated the headset with our application at Uplinq 2014 conference in San Francisco .
We have been working with Qualcomm for some time now, so it was our pleasure to create a real estate app with Virtual Reality view for our partner’s event. All visitors attending Uplinq 2014 conference between September 18 and 19 had a chance to check out the new Qualcomm Vuforia Digital Eyewear Experience first hand and evaluate capabilities of Augmented and Virtual Realities for different architectural projects.
After wearing Samsung Gear VR headset visitors were able to view the building on the marker from outside in Augmented Reality and also from inside in Virtual Reality, meaning that the whole feeling of visiting the apartment could be transferred through Virtual Reality headset. Both virtual and augmented realities were interconnected, which made overall impression from Samsung Gear VR as immersive as possible.
